Very long lifetime
Depending upon colour and quality, the lifetime lies to between 40.000 - 100.000 hours, i.e. under optimal conditions a LED shines approx. for 5 to 10 years before its luminosity slowly diminishes.

Strong colours & sharp beams
With LED light effects the colours obtained are stronger than with most halogen effects. The effect beams are razor-sharp and almost similar to lasers.

Advantage: Compact design possible; no unwanted heat.
Impact and shake-proof
LED are firmly inserted and cannot become detached during transport and installation.
Advantage: Problem-free transport, sudden light loss is improbable.
With fluorescent tubes irregularities in electricity supply can lead to disturbing flickering something which is not possible with the LED due to its construction method.
Low maintenance costs
When used appropriately the LED functions permanently trouble free and neither the reliability or life span of the LED is impaired by frequent switching on and off.
Advantage: theoretically LED needs to be replaced only every 10 years.
Simple dimming without disturbances
The lighting strength is modified by a change in the voltage only and expensive, complex dimmers are therefore not necessary. Furthermore, due to the small Hotspot, lighting is very even when dimmed.
As well as the low energy consumption LED also do not contain any poisonous heavy metals or other harmful substances nor during their production and disposal are there any precarious substances.
