The Beat Goes On! ADJ Returns to Mobile Beat Las Vegas with New Products, Live Learning and a Fun Contest!
If you’ve been to Mobile Beat Las Vegas in the past, you know how much ADJ has been a huge part of the show. With some exciting new gear, a variety of learning opportunities, an interactive contest to get a free Focus Spot Series shirt and cool gear, and social networking, ADJ’s booth is still the place to be at MBLV21.
Mobile Beat Las Vegas will be held at the Tropicana Casino & Resort from March 13-16, 2017, and ADJ will bring their “pure lighting excitement” to share new products that were unveiled earlier this year at NAMM in January. Receiving a lot of praise out of the “NAMM new products gate” are the Startec Series Boom Box FX1 and the Boom Box FX2. Both fixtures feature four different lighting effects in one case. This allows, mobile entertainers, party enthusiasts and event producers to get more effects with less set-up time and physical space in venue or in transport. In fact, The Boom Box FX1 and the Boom Box FX2 received NAMM 2017 “Editor’s Choice” picks from Music Inc. Magazine.
The Boom Box FX1offers 4-FX-IN-1 lighting fixture: one dome effect, one classic Derby effect, a LED Wash FX & a Red/Green Laser. The similar 4-FX-IN-1, Boom Box FX2, also, has a LED Dome effect, a LED GOBO Moonflower, LED Wash FX & Red/Green Laser. ADJ will also be demoing the Mega QA Go, a battery power LED Par with quad RGBA LEDs and allow for quicker set-ups without the need to be AC powered. ADJ will also debut the Startec Stinger Spot, a light weight, compact mobile moving head designed specifcially for mobile entertainers and installations with low ceilings. Check out the Stinger Spot here: http://www.adj.com/stinger-spot
American Audio will have its latest headphones and microphones that also debuted at NAMM 2017. The stylish BL-40 and BL-60 headphones will be on display and for sale at the show. Come check them out, feel the comfort and hear the great sound output. The VPS Series corded microphones, VPS-20, VPS60 and VPS-80 will be for sale at MBLV21. American Audio will also demo the WU-419V wireless microphone system with 4 mics.
In addition to new products, ADJ will host an officially sponsored MBLV21 seminar and conduct Live Learning events in booth. The sponsored seminar, “Where is lighting taking us? An in-depth look at the new lighting technologies available to DJs and production companies today and where we will be in a few years,” will be presented by Arnoldo Offermann of GearItFirst.com. This seminar will be on Wednesday, March 15th at 1pm (check MBLV21 program guide for room).
The Live Learning events will be present on the Tuesday and Wednesday of the show. The Live Learning topics are: How to utilize the 3D Vision - add more eye candy to your event” (presented by Eric Wilson at 3pm Tues. & Wed.); A technology segment: How much CPU do you need? What type of computers do you need to run lighting software such as Grand VJ, myDMX 3.0 and Capture Solo (presented by Dane Holman 4pm Tues. & Wed.); and How to control your lightshow from your iPad using Airstream DMX Bridge & Airstream Wifi Pack (presented by ADJ's Marco Oceguera 5pm Tues. & Wed.).
What’s a tradeshow without a bit of fun? Well, ADJ will host a fun, interactive giveaway with the following prizes: Boom Box FX1, Airstream Bridge DMX and BL-60 headphones. Here’s how it works.
