Quality Control Manager
Job description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to ensure that the QC lines run smoothly and produce consistently good quality products that meet our quality and performance standards. We manufacture our products in the Far East, in addition we perform 100% quality control including calibration of the products here at our site in Kerkrade.
The Quality Control Manager acts as a liaison between customers, the sales team, management and the production team. Your responsibilities will also include business management and human resources tasks.
To be successful as a Quality Control Manager, you should have excellent communication and listening skills as well as strong observation, Analyzing, and coordinating skills. You should be knowledgeable about regulatory compliance and able to understand technical data.
Job Responsibility
· Understand customer needs and requirements and communicate these needs and quality standards to production teams.
· Develop, improve and review new specifications and procedures for products or processes and train personnel in their operation.
· Supervise technicians and other staff and provide guidance to them.
· Ensure compliance with legal obligations and regulatory, health and safety guidelines.
· Inspect final products, compare to requirements, and approve or reject final products.
· Maintain accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
Requirements
· Experience in production or manufacturing.
· Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational and leadership skills.
· In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and regulatory standards.
· Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis and statistical methods.
· Excellent communication skills and good listening skills.
· Good technical and IT skills.
· Experience in event and lighting technology may be an asset.
· Experience in business administration may be an asset.

As a Purchase manager you will play a key role in providing support to a fast pace supply chain & logistics team based in our Kerkrade office. You will ensure that you provide key support to both the logistics and sales teams ensuring that you’re maintaining a good level of purchasing and delivery data.

• Monitor inventory, prepare and place purchase orders

Spare Parts Sourcing Co-ordinator/Planner
Job Description:
As a Spare Parts Sourcing Co-ordinator/Planner you will be responsible for the planning and procurement of spare parts across the ADJ Group of companies. Your main responsibilities will be to monitor the spare parts inventory, forecast spare parts needs, and source spare parts to maintain optimal inventory levels. We are looking for a buyer with a technical background or a technical person to whom we can teach the purchasing process.
An important part of your work will be to work with exploded view diagrams and create spare parts logs in our system. You will plan the quantity of spare parts to be ordered based on the sales volume and your own technical experience. You will monitor inventories and create sales and inventory aging reports that provide key metrics about the status of spare parts inventory. You will also need to communicate effectively with spare parts suppliers.
We’re looking for a motivated team player who possesses solid organizational and communication skills but who can also work independently.
Job Requirements:
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must (VBA, Macro)
• SAP ByDesign experience is desirable
• You are proficient at reading and understanding exploded drawings
• You can plan air/sea transport for spare parts and calculate costs effectively
• Your English speaking and reading skills are at a high level
• You have the ability to work in a structured and independent manner

The Sales Support Employee will be working for ADJ Supply Europe.
What will you do?
As Sales Support Employee you will work in an international team within the Sales department and support the entire sales process, from the first contact with the customer to the final invoicing and settlement of the sales. You will assist the sales colleagues in their daily tasks and responsibilities by providing them with accurate and timely information. You will pro-actively follow up with the logistic department to ensure optimized timely deliveries. Order processing is one of the biggest parts in this job. You must be sensitive for the needs of the customer and offer out of the box solutions for problems.
Who are we looking for?
· MBO (+) / HBO Bachelor or similar educational level;
· Education in the field of Commerce, Business Administration or Economics;
· Strong communication skills in Dutch and English. Good command of the French and German or any other language is a plus;
